Happy with location and overall value. Lobby is nice and inviting. Clean all around which is paramount. Breakfast acceptable for the price but nothing too special. Liked the bed- slept fine. Heard TV next door when fan unit not running. Would return.

Nit-picking- the interior decorator (for the room) may be color-blind. Everything clashes, from colors to patterns. Carpet from an older update? Not anything that affects the things that really matter- price, comfort and cleanliness.

It was quiet at night, the room was clean.

They were playing fox news in the breakfast room which is very off putting to most folks, the window was nailed shut in our room so we couldn't get fresh air in our room, and the bedding felt damp to the touch, I imagine because the lack of air circulation.
