Positives:
The staff were amazing. Special shout-out to Julio, service manager. He was amazing. This stop was second on our list and we needed to do laundry. The property had guest laundry but the dryer wouldnt work through the app . The property was aware of it and the service manager offered to do our laundry in one the big machines. We were ever so grateful . Thank you again to Julio . He should get some good recognition. In general staff were very helpful.
Negatives:
I didnt like that the property offered change for the laundry machines in their welcome brochure in rooms but didnt keep their change well stocked. I couldnt get change for the machine and it wouldnt work through the app. I think the least that could happen is if the machine is going to be broken . Offer guests enough change to feed the machine. This would have fixed all the problems without Julio having to step in.

Positives:
We checked in late. Our flight didn't arrive until after midnight. Once checked in our room we noticed there wasn't a bathroom door. Later that morning, they gave a new room with a bathroom door. Apparently, they were renovating by painting the bathroom doors and never got around to replacing that door. Breakfast was great and delicious. My family enjoyed it. Location was close to places we needed to go. We will book at this hotel the next time we are in Seattle. The staff members, Warren and Alice, were very kind and friendly. Their service to us was top-notch.
Negatives:
There wasn't a thing we didn't like. Convenient location and a great and friendly staff.

Positives:
We were pleasantly surprised. The room was modern, very clean, comfy bed and pillows. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
Bring earplugs. It sounded as if there was an open window. I think the road noise was coming through the wall ac/heat unit.
