I liked the location bit the things I liked just about ended there sadly

Breakfast was Luke warm, the pool was closed, the main elevator was broken, we were charged 2 times for parking and charged a higher rate then quoted...the room was kinda clean and I found hair on 2 of the towels and I had to make the bed myself.

Positives:
Very clean and modern. Room was spacious and had a nice layout. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff were very nice and helpful. Front desk staff were nice, but seemed tired and stressed. Location was convenient and parking was easy.
Negatives:
Took a very long time to check in and out. We had a pull out sofa in our room which was great, but the room had no bedding for the sofa bed and it took over an hour to be delivered, even though we offered to pick it up from the front desk or housekeeping and they told us it would be there in 10 minutes. The heat in our room was set to 82 degrees when we arrived and the AC was very ineffective so the temperature would not drop below 75 for our entire stay no matter how low we set it.

The breakfast was great. There was a little market that had a couple items we wanted so we didn’t have to order food delivery. Lots of space in the room for 2, since my husband has a walker. Good sized bathroom and shower.
Negatives:
The patio had low planters which were difficult to maneuver around to be able to sit on patio(deck), so we never did.

The room was spacious and very nice. The Bed was comfortable, the lobby area clean and modern/sleek, and the front desk staff was great. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Parking was easy also.
