There is bugs wandering in my room and the hall way also there is a lot of dog fur around the whole room. I stayed with kids so I requested a vacuum to sweep up the floor but no one came.

The staff was mean and always had a nasty tone. The pool was super icky and dirty and freezing cold. It also says on the website it is supposed to be closed but was not. We never got any house keeping and had to re use all our towels the entire stay.

My room was next to a laundry facility where people were very loud late into the night. There was a medical chair in the hallway. Staff seemed largely indifferent.

Room size, multiple TVs, decent breakfast.
Negatives:
Front desk clerk at check-in was rude, inconsiderate and inhospitable, pool size was misrepresented in photos, location was in the middle of nowhere, not enough towels, additional fee called resort tax. What about this property resembles a resort?…nothing.

Cleanliness is so important for my family and I since we have young kids who like to crawl and roll around the floor...or any floor really lol. I felt like the rooms could use a deep cleaning as you can see the grit and grime in the corners and in the bathroom. We also saw a dead mosquito on the wall upon entry. The thermostat was a little hard to control. It is either too cold or too warm...not in between. The location was remote and saw some questionable people but not bad.
