Very loud. Needed to get some sleep but one floor up and two units over was an extremely loud party with music blasting until after 2 am. Phone didn’t work and on the way to the room the line for the elevator was over 30 min long so I had to walk up 12 flights of stairs just to get to my room. And when I got there I was unable to get any sleep.

My husband has a disability and at check in I asked for a room closest to the lobby….my request could not be fulfilled. Had to take 2 elevators to get to our room,,,lugging heavy luggage, no bell man to help. It was a very stressful time for us, we will not be staying here in the future. Sorry Double tree we loved staying her in the past.

This was our first time staying at a Double Tree location and the part I was most looking forward to was getting a warm cookie. If they had run out, I would have understood but there were other patrons checking in next to us who received one and unfortunately, we didn't. The staff checking us in, did not seem happy to help us. It was late at night so I do understand that she could have been tired. The room was a bit dusty and the armchair cushion was falling apart. We weren't expecting much but we were hoping for a better experience.

Parking logistics are a nightmare. Long walk, struggle to find a spot and not explained by staff. Poor lighting. Condition of parking lot surface is very uneven and broken and unsafe for walking. Our wing had no access ramp - we had to horse heavy luggage up the entrance steps.
