The hotel was apparently under some renovation. The hallway on 6th floowas freezing cold. No ice machine or soda machine. The hotel was dirty, could not find staff around at all. The shuttle took forever. The breakfast was cold cereal,.

We were in "renovated" room and it was just ok. The new work was not good quality and seemed like patch work. The Work out room - treadmill not working, no cleaning supplies. Breakfast was disjointed with layout. My mom's room also new smelled like smoke

The hotel was dirty. The hotel was green and the was not a hot tub. The were homeless in the hotel lobby. I did not feel safe.

One otf the two elevators was not working and both shuttels to the airport were not available because they in the shop. Had to call an Uber to get to SeaTac.

They are in the middle of a major remodel. The phone was not plugged in. The hair dryer was essentially hidden. We clearly indicated that we had 3 adults staying in the room at booking but there was only enough towels for 2.
Positives:
I loved the fact that there were a few restruants near by, a gas station , easy access to the highway and the mall and outlets were within minutes.
Negatives:
It was in the middle of being refurbished. I could hear the jets going overhead. They did not have soundproof windows.
