Great location for overnight stay

Great location, great food, great cocktails, excellent service, very clean, comfortable, and attractive room.
Negatives:
The only negative in our overall experience was that there was no light in the bathroom above the vanity. There was an electrical plate on the ceiling where a light fixture could be installed, but there was not one there.

House keeping was very poorly. Had three nights there but only once had the room cleaned and beddings changed. Reception desk has very nice people but from security to house keepers are very rude. I was mistaken for Uber eats and asked for hotel passes which I found very offensive and disrespectful.

The front desk staff were rude and apathetic. I asked the location of the airport conference center and they shrugged and said no idea and didn't seem to care. The remote controls for the TV didn't work and when I called dien they said, push power.

The room was filthy. Crumbs all over the chair and floor. There were bitten off fingernails on the ground from the person before. It looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in a long time. I couldnt sleep at all thinking about how dirty it was. The WiFi service was also horrible.
