The bathroom hadnÂ't been updated since the early nineties at best, the towel rack fell off the wall a couple of times. Outside of the, the room was clean and the hotel staff was nice.
Bathroom area was really old and cheap.
Large clean room walking distance from SEATAC airport.
No room heat. Room was 64-degrees. The hotel had room heat shut down for all rooms and did not notify guests unless they complained. After complaints, the hotel provided an electric heater that increased the room to 70 degrees after running all night.
Falling apart, dirty
Convenient to the airport. Shuttle transportation. Restaurants within walking distance. Nice rooms.
the staff at the front desk was great gave us extra fans for our rooms since air conditioning not working right
the chair in the room has so many stains on it i was afraid to sit on it, checked the entire bed it slept fine but it was hot all night
Clean, Good Bed, Large room, Convenient
Close to airport
No breakfast included, older hotel limited staff for check in
The rooms were incredibly hot and there was blood in one of the beds on the linens
Close to the airport and has a complimentary shuttle leaving every 10 minutes
Staff was friendly and helpful and check in fast. Location to airport is great and shuttle efficient and on time.
Overall the room was very clean but the rug had stains - just seemed like it had seen better days and was perhaps past due time to replace it. There were no snacks at the hotel. I had to walk to the hotel next door to get something to eat.
No coffee maker, no coffee in lobby.
My room was clean and the halls seem to be remodeled. Easy shuttle service.
I like to have a coffee maker in my room but I understand with Covid some hotels are not doing this.
Close to airport.
It would be nice if they would put coffee machine and coffee packets back in the rooms.
All good, the coffee was early
No, it was all good
