Negatives: One of our rooms was booked for our friend with a common name Michael and also a common last name. When we arrived we were told that Michael would not be allowed to stay. Obviously we very quickly realized this is a case if mistaken identity and someone from a different state with the same common name had been banned from staying at red roof inn. There has to be a way to check this without banning all Michael's with the same common last name.
