The staff was helpful. Dog friendly was great. Left a laptop in the room and it was set aside for pick up when I could get there. Staff took quick action and eased my worry. Staff provided top notch assistance.
Not the greatest location or hotel guests
No noise from other rooms. Clean. Quiet neighborhood to walk around in behind the hotel if you go a few blocks.
Faint mold smell (not visible on surfaces). Allergic reaction to cleaning supplies, not the place if you have fragrance sensitivity. Non-functioning WiFi; not the place to get work done. Loud of course from freeway and airport. Expensive for what you get.
The people were pretty nice. The lady who checked me in was the best.
The bed was terrible, super uncomfortable as were the pillows. Everything was hard as a rock and I felt like they bought their furniture and bedding at goodwill. Truly awful, won't be staying again no matter how inexpensive.

The front desk clerk was very responsive. When we got to our room it smelled of cigarette smoke. I called her and she said she'd be right there with keys to a different room. That second room was fine.
1st room smelled like cigarette smoke. That should have been caught by the staff and not assigned to a customer.

Shuttle from airport to motel came quickly.
Yes. Shower water control is installed backwards and door security device had loose screws. In shower, hot water should be counterclockwise and cold water clockwise. In Room 102, it is just the opposite.

I was told that the hotel has great security but when I came out to my vehicle I noticed that it was burglarized and some very important unreplaceable things were stolen and when l talked to police they informed me that the cameras don't even work

Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful.
Random hotel fire alarm @345am meant less sleep this trip, but was first time our stay has ever had an issue. We often stay at Red Roof Inn when traveling, and will be back.
