I love that it's within walking distance to most things. I overall enjoyed my stay and would rebook.
My toilet was clogged, though it was addressed immediately. I have no complaints.
The staff was cool & helpful! And the room was very clean & comfortable!
Unfortunately, it's located at a major bus line - there were A LOT of homeless wondering around & bothering people.
The staff was amazing! Super friendly, helpful and seemed to work together as a team. Without that experience the rest of the stay would have been a bit of a bummer.
The neighborhood was pretty sketchy and the elevator was out of service the day we left so everyone was hauling their luggage up and down a small staircase.
Affordable price, including the option for smaller rooms at a lower rate. Perfect for those who just need a place to crash at night.
No designated parking.
Location was perfect for walking to The Space Needle, Pikes Market, bars and restaurants and the metro link station. The staff was super friendly and offered many suggestions when asked.
Like most hotels located in a downtown area, the homeless are around but they didnÂ't bother anyone. Just thought IÂ'd you were looking to stay downtown you need to know that homeless people are around.
While the location is convenient it is sketchy. There are people loitering outside the hotel at all hours of the day. The room smelled like mildew and stale cigarette smoke.
Great location to be able to walk around the city.
Could hear everything in the room and bathroom next to us.
I loved the room and the hotel itself the appearance, the employees were good as to be expected with the environment that I was dealing with. No complaints on that issue.
Absolutely the abuse from your customers involved in the human Trafficking scheme, revoking my privacy, viewing my phone illegally, blocking me from getting my money, entering my room and stealing items, harassing, bullying and. I filed Police Report.
