Between Thursday, Jul 10th, 2025 at midnight and Friday, Jul 11th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Jul 11th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jul 11, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

This booking is fully refundable if you cancel before Jul 9, 2025 at 11:59 PM. If cancelled after Jul 10, 2025 at 12:00 AM, 18 percent penalty will be charged. This booking is Non-refundable after Jul 11, 2025 at 12:00 AM.

Guarantee Policy

If you don't check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert the hotel in advance, your entire reservation will be canceled and you will not be entitled to a refund. The reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older.

Positives: The room and bed was very clean and comfortable. It met our needs of a family of three. We got a good deal to stay at a normally expensive hotel.

Negatives: The staff was not friendly at all. I had an initial issue with my booking and they acted like they were too good to help out. The airport shuttle was free but doesn't run 24 hours so it was a huge inconvenience so we can get to the airport on time.
