Friendly and professional staff. The room was large and bed was very comfortable. My room had a balcony which was a nice treat.
Negatives:
This hotel is huge! It was a long shlep to my room. After a long day of traveling and a late arrival in Seattle I was exhausted. The directions to the room included a map and Instruction on the two different elevators I had to take to get to the room. I never would have found it on my own.

Bathroom was a little problematic. There was feces smeared in the outside of the toilet. We were in a handicap room so I don't think the prior occupant was malicious but was kinda gross. It was late and we had already unpacked so just cleaned it myself I didn't say anything because was just ready for bed and didnt want to switch rooms. The bathtub also had a slow drain and had to stand in about ankle deep water while showering.
