I would rename this hotel to I C E = icy hotel. I arrived around 11p very tired. Got in the room base floor - icy floor (like an ice iglu with no furs on the floor), cold air. Switched heater full power. At 1:30 I still could not sleep because it was sooo cold. Went to front desk - asked if I am the only one complaining: "today you are". Asked for help - got two additional brown blankets. And I invented the I C E Advanced Blanket Comfort KIT (ABC - KIT). If you need to reconstruckt: see attached pics. Make sure the sequence is correct. I tried everything including matress on top and upside down. The final layer sequence helped moste. You MUST be covered from below and on top with the brown blankets!!! --- Good luck ---- and enjoy your stay :-)

Way overpriced for what it is, plus it is outrageous that they charge for parking in an office building area (it’s not downtown Seattle). We paid more to stay here the night before our flight than we did any hotel on our trip to New Orleans. The hot tub was closed for repairs, though we had looked forward to using it.
