It is clean inside the room and public area, lobby, breakfast area, gym etc.
The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
1. The noise of air conditioning, the good thing is it doesn’t last whole night long.
2. The mattress is not hard enough and it could be a good thing for ppl who prefers soft mattress.
3. Hand soap mounted on wall kind of far from sink.

The hotel maintains high cleanliness standards, and the staff are exceptionally helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.
Negatives:
The room itself is lovely, but unfortunately, the sound insulation leaves much to be desired. Throughout the night, the noise from the road is audible, which can disrupt sleep and detract from the overall experience.
It came as a surprise to us that although breakfast was included, it was not in the traditional sense. Instead, guests receive a room credit to use towards breakfast items. However, the prices for dishes are quite high considering the portion sizes, and you will have to pay more out of pocket to cover the full meal.

Room was nicely decorated, spacious and functional. Enjoyed the training equipment.
Negatives:
Parking fee was way too expensive If I’d known I would have picked another hotel. There was confusion on charging it to my credit card too.
There was no housekeeping. And it was not explained that i needed to ask for it. When I asked for facecloths, they were never delivered and I had to go down to reception and ask again.
Room needs smart tv so we can watch our own content (Netflix)

Parking is terrible, $56 a night total ( including tax) garage area is so compact & built weird. Avoid at all costs if you have a big vehicle. Far from most places.
The shower water pressure is so low. I’m not even exaggerating, you might as well stay elsewhere.
During check in, the guy in the front seemed very annoyed & had the worst customer service. I’ve stayed at better hotels than this, where the receptionists are really sweet.

We were there for three nights, never once got our room cleaned, towels changed or pods for the coffee refilled. Asked to check out one hour later and the front desk guys lied to us saying they were full (they were not I proceeded to check online. Not only not full but over 20plus rooms to choose from)
Left my AirPods in the room and they apparently were leftnot there even though find my iPhone says they are.
