Very good
Positives:
Location was good.
Negatives:
Location was good, just dodge the homeless around the surrounding area. The rooms were adequate but forget the hotel website as there was no safe/robes/Bluetooth clock stereo/ironing board and the mattress was worn out as I kept rolling out of bed in the middle of the night. Supposed to pay at checkout but they took the money straight away so you couldn't complain! Don't expect anything but average and I'm being nice. Really bad layout of rooms no where for your belongings, wardrobe 8 inches deep 1 hanger and no storage space/drawers, not even a stool to put your suitcase on, lived off the floor. No compassion from staff, took 4 hours and 3 calls to get a safe which eventually sat loose on the floor which ruined our first night...but they didn't care. It's s***e but central, try elsewhere!

Bad
Positives:
The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The location was great.
Negatives:
Someone opened my door directly while I was in the room. I went to the hall and asked for reasons. She just waved her hands and went away instead of telling me the reason she opened my door. It was scary and not safe, especially for a woman who lives alone.

Noisy, unsafe, but clean.
Positives:
Good location
Negatives:
Didn't want to clean the room daily

Passable
Positives:
- Staff were friendly but not equipped to deal with lots of complaints at once.
Negatives:
- Only 1 person on check in so the queue was long.
- Small and not well seated lobby so everyone was standing around
- My room door wouldn’t lock and it took more than 4 hours to get a new room sorted
- unhelpful management left staff to deal with numerous complaints on their own
- Entire hotel smelled of old cigarettes
- Water pressure from the shower was poor
