Positives: The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and it is very easy to travel anywhere in the city. The property is beautifully decorated with its historical origin.

Negatives: An unethical staff at the front desk tried to put me in a room one tier below what I was booked and charge extra. I checked the room and later was helped to check in to another room in the same class room booked. Be careful with some staffs at the hotel.
