Location is great as we were right across the street from our destination, the Neptune theater. The staff was very friendly too.

Wish the rooms included a refrigerator. The bathroom was very tight though adequate.

Coffee pot advertised for rooms that weren't there and not provided. air conditioning also turned off so only open windows on busy loud street for keeping the room cool. No WiFi for two days stay.

They included $15 toward my use at the bar or at their small breakfast/lunch area. This was very much appreciated and made the stay so much more seamless. The bedroom was huge. I felt like I was being treated like a king.

I loved the friendly staff, and the view at the Mountaineer Club (Rooftop Bar)! This boutique hotel is so beautiful!
Negatives:
The heater/air conditioner wasn't working well.
