Positives: Really cute room, comfy bed, coffee shop and restaurant were great.
Negatives: Would have loved a fridge and coffee pot in the room. Also, no deadbolt on the door or do not disturb tag was provided. Just the door chain.

Positives: Rooftop deck was cool. They did a good job with the hip decor- trying to make an old building feel cool.
Negatives: But room didnÂ't unlock easily- it was broken. Room wasn't cleaned well - hairs and dirt. Parking was difficult and construction was a nightmare- lots of noise

Positives: good location, pretty clean, coffee shop was great
Negatives: $5 for a bottle of water? when the city water is pretty good! offering some other amenties might help.

Positives: Very nice room, large bed with plenty of seating too.
Negatives: Room 202 is right next to the ice machine. Convenient for ice but you can also hear it. Construction nearby makes getting a vehicle in and out difficult if the valet is unavailable.

Positives: Location
Negatives: Double charged for parking & they still have NOT refunded me.

Positives: Room was cool and eclectic , great location for me,staff was super helpful.
Negatives: Though the room was cool it was dirty and in disrepair, it looked like the floor hadn't been swept or vacuumed between guests.

Positives: The location.
Negatives: Only parking off street was valet and expensive.
Andrea Family with Teens November 11, 2020
Positives: It was unique in its own right.
Negatives: You're essentially paying for a bedroom with inclusive bathroom. It's an older building. I would assume used to be a dorm apartment building or renter apartment converted. Not very clean. We were giving the room actually pictured online for king room.

Positives: It has a very unique charm. Bringing together retro feel with modern kitsch. Great location for food and other fun. Also near University Of Washington’s Medical Facilities.
Negatives: Everyone has their preference for pillows so this is a silly complaint. I was grateful there were a lot of pillows but down isn’t my choice.

Positives: It was a good location and I liked the lobby.
Negatives: There was a couple fighting in the room next to me all night and despite numerous complaints the staff absolutely nothing and were not understanding when I called the front desk. I used to stay in hotels for 60-70 plus nights a year and this was the wors

Positives: Location and proximity to UW. Liked the decor and nice lobby.
Negatives: No coffee pot in the room, no washcloths, no glasses for water, and the only parking onsite is valet parking for $35. There is a parking lot on the other side but it's city parking that is metered.
Colleen Solo Traveler February 4, 2020
Positives: All of the above. Location-clean-staff- And the roof top deck is amazing!
Negatives: A lot of crime in that neighborhood. Walking at night can be sketchy.
