Mold on ceiling in shower. Dirt and dusty on floors around edges of bed and shelves in the room. Staff was not very friendly. Professional, but not friendly. They seemed extremely busy with and distracted. Left an item behind and called to see if a staff member could retrieve it from my room. The staff member never followed up and when I called a few days later to inquire, I was told that the room is now occupied and that management does not work on the weekends. The staff member that I was speaking to finally replied that she could no longer help me because she had other guests to help. She hung up and did not take my name or phone number to call me back. Very disappointing for a Hilton property. I travel every week for work so I am familiar with the brand. Maybe it’s because I booked through a 3rd party. But this leaves a very “bad taste” in my mouth towards the Hilton brand.

The staff was great, very helpful and very friendly
Negatives:
Wifi connection was not user friendly, had to call to try to activate, had to keep redoing
Room was very noisy from hallway and other rooms
Price was extremely high
No housekeeping only if you stayed for 7 days
