Nice size room, quiet and comfortable, fantastic location.
Negatives:
Parking access wasn't working with our room keys, had to let the reception know every time we were at the garage entrance. They tried to fix it several times but it still wasn't working. We ended up being charged twice for parking but no issues requesting the refund via e-mail.

The staff was the most incompetent hotel staff I’ve ever had to deal with. We had several issues all because staff were forgetful. And the parking system was abysmal—the scanner barely works and was 50 dollars after tax a NIGHT after a 300 dollar room. If you’re going to charge that much, at least make the systems work.

Shower door didn’t latch, so you either had to hold the door closed with one hand while showering or there was water all over the bathroom floor when you were finished.
Outrageously overpriced. i understand it’s Seattle and I knew the price going in, but In other cities, a comparable room would be less than half the price.

The access to the overly priced pantry was convenient. Being in the city at night wasn’t something neither me or my spouse wanted to deal with. We formed up the absurd amount of money for a frozen meal after an eventful day.
Negatives:
For the price of the stay, you’d expect a continental breakfast or something at the very least. Instead you are expected to pay another 20 dollars a person for a meal. The price of parking in their provided structure was outrageous at 40 dollars a night PLUS another 8-10 dollars for taxes. The advertised price of the location was incredibly below the actual price making many other locations a larger value for the stay. Lastly, the employees working the front desk were overwhelming. Very robotic-like in nature by reading scripts in monotone rather than making eye contact. If you needed anything on top, they’d be incredibly rude.

The room was nice and comfortable. Surprised I could not hear any sirens being in downtown. That was very nice.

As a Hilton Honors member it would have been nice to get a bottle of water upon check in and a discount voucher for the restaurant.
