Positives:
It was convenient to airport , loved the flowers everywhere in the garden area. Rooms were spacious and clean . Front desk was helpful and professional. We came in early from a cruise and they were able to help us check in early .

I spent most of my career traveling domestically and internationally for over two decades and spent months in your family of hotels. This dilemma is surprising.
I was in route with my family to Dubai from Seattle and were forced to find lodging for the evening. I booked this property from the airport after 90+ minutes of trying to establish new travel plans on the run. It was an extremely difficult evening.
When we arrived at the hotel and checked in, we were informed that we'd booked the wrong dates (that's how exhausted I was that evening). I asked to speak to the Manager on Duty to see if the hotel would honor the rate we'd erroneously booked. She said she couldn't, so I asked her to cancel our reservation. She agreed and directed the reception to cancel and refund.
I thanked her, booked Embassy Suites and took an Uber.

There was a shuttle to the airport.
Negatives:
The room was not very clean, the bathroom shower appeared to have black mold growing on the walls. The lighting was terrible. The plug in had extention cords running to the lamps, and the hot tub and pool were dirty.

Clean, easy to get to airport with dedicated shuttle, good restaurant, very good service, comfortable beds, quiet. What else do you need?

The beds are rock hard. Hot water in the shower is hit or miss- mostly miss 3 out of 4 times was Luke warm at best. Not the cleanest. The most annoying part was the room keys kept stop working and we had to drive all the way back around to get them re set. This did not just happen one time. Very annoying.

Difficult to find transportation from airport to hotel. Fire false alarm on 3 times during the night therefore very poor sleep. If not in a conference, the hotel doesn't offer much more than the alternatives, but at a higher price.
