Was a slight distance to walk to room with luggage and for breakfast. Had 3 adults with canes.

The breakfast was great. That was one of the greatest parts of the stay.

I did not like that I had to stay in the suite that had a let out couch that did not have a cushion and was broken and they did not have another suite to move us too leaving us to have to make pallets for them to sleep on the floor for the first night until another suite opened up. We were moved the next day to another suite but it was rushed because we had to rush back from our excursion to move into the room as I did not want the staff moving and handling our personal items either. We also had to keep requesting more body and face towels and tissue for the family of 4. I felt it should have been already available and not given upon request. The telephone had wires hanging out of it and I had to hold it a certain way for the front desk to hear me. The staff was nice and remained professional at all times though in this situation.

It was annoying at times, but ok. I don't think this location would be my 1st option.

Was not told about the $250 deposit hold. Also the room I selected for a reason was not available and they did not notify me ahead of time, I booked a certain room for a reason. I would have not stayed here if that room wasn’t available.

We had ants in the kitchen and the breakfast pans were empty and it wasn't even close to the time for it to end. I asked for syrup and the lady said there was one in the cup and I said that I needed more and she walked away in disgust

I had to sleep on the floor for three nights.
Positives:
The suite was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was near the SeaTac businesses and freeway entrances, yet in a quiet woodsy spot next to the Green River trail. The breakfast was good.
