The rooms were great. Bathroom shower was fabulous. Loved the location. Walking distance to Climate Pledge Arena.

Beds were too soft for us but still that is just preference. The parking for check in was not as easy but we figured it out.

Negatives:
$56.19/day to park in the parking garage. That's including Sales Tax + Parking Tax. That was really high to me. I also didn't realize $100 Deposit at Check-In was a thing, so that took away from my weekend funds.

Positives:
I liked the furnishings, sectional couch that was comfy and turns into a bed. The property is across the street from the Space Needle so the next morning my family walked over there to get some coffee at Starbucks and then we rode on the Monorail. The breakfast was good in the morning time. They were very kind to offer us a 2nd floor room over the 3rd floor because my husband has a fear of elevators so he was going to be using the stairs.
Negatives:
The main thing is that I didn’t know that there was a fee for parking. I have never stayed in Seattle so that is partly my fault for not knowing. But it is $45-50 for parking in their covered parking and it just was a fee I wasn’t expecting. We decided to walk to this pizza place to get dinner and didn’t realize that once it gets dark there are a ton of the homeless population that sleeps on the side of the building and other people that seemed unsavory/sketchy. We got our food and walked back as quickly as we could. But something that is just to be aware of. The breakfast was good, but could have been better in some ways, the eggs were a weird texture, the chicken sausage was good, but I prefer real sausage.
The hotel room was super nice, but we were on the inside so the view was non existent. But I’m sure if we paid more we would have gotten a better view. Again the hotel staff was great and the room was great, these things above are just some things to be aware of if you stay here.

The property is great! It’s a perfect location, across the street from the Space Needle and near everything you’d need for a trip to Seattle. The hotel is clean and the staff is incredibly nice. I like that the parking is gated and secure, accessible only to those with a room key.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, it looked like they were replacing furniture or renovating rooms because a lot of parking was being used for couches. The first day we were not able to park at the hotel and at 7am on the second day there was so much noise above us - banging, heavy walking and sounds of things being dropped. Quiet hours and at 7am so I guess I shouldn’t complain?
