Negatives: The pull out sofa literally had springs coming out of the mattress. I had to put the sofa cushions between me and the mattress. A child in the room next to us was screaming until midnight and then woke us up at 7 am. They didn't even have half and half for the complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Positives: Not open for breakfast, which was disappointing because we were told it would be.

Negatives: Terrible happy hour wines, undrinkable. And no snacks. Not what we expected from previous Kimpton experiences.

Positives: Central location, clean room. Nice décor and furnishing.

Negatives: Parking was nearly as expensive as the room rate.(With taxes and etc. it was nearly $60) You really need it considering the huge camp one block from the hotel and shattered glass in the street parking next to the hotel. Room was cold even though the heater was set to temperature. It reset during its operation to 68 F. No breakfast. Our room looked an the adjacent building so no view. Usual city sounds of ambulances and cops during the night.
