Staff was great, wine/beer hour was nice. Coffee was great. WIFI was simple and worked well.

Our first room was really smoke smelling. Staff quickly accommodated with a room move.

Location is good. Wifi worked. Nice that there was an umbrella, yoga mat, and bathrobe supplied.

This is NOT a 4-star hotel. My room looked out onto the sidewalk, where passers-by could peer in. There were no drawers for clothes, only a closet. The lobby is small and depressing, not a 4-star lobby. Overnight parking was $70 (with tax).

Staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was very cozy and liked the simple fact it had a fridge.
Negatives:
Didnt like that there was no cash option and the atm was akin to theft with all the fees and 11% added exchange rate. Poor ventilation in the very small fitness center

It was hot and the air didnt work making it difficult to sleep.

The location was great! We walked to Pikes Market and even walked back from the Lumen Field. Everything was within walking distance for us. The employees were great and so nice. We really loved our time spent here. Thank you for making our stay so awesome.

When we arrived Friday night, the hotel had over booked and we did not receive the room that I had booked. We had to share a bed until we could get the 2 beds on Saturday.

Most of sanitary stations were empty. Told front desk twice they were empty, never filled. The restaurant was awesome. Didnt have to go outside to go there

Just a problem with a duplicated booking via Booking.com that neither the hotel or booking could come together and resolve satisfactory so I had to ask my credit card company to step in . Kind of spoiled the stay but this will be unusual I think
