Negatives: They did not communicate that the room would only be cleaned (bed made, towels replaced) if requested. If I missed this somewhere during booking, it should have been expressed during check in or with signage in the room.

Positives: It was everything perfect! The bedroom is very roomy, it was very clean, and the beds are very comfy! We needed some extra items (like an extra robe and a bottle opener) and they sent to our room in the same minute. The location is great, you have everything you want nearby. It is walking distance from the main tourist attractions. The public library was just crossing the street! I really recommend this hotel and I would like to come back next time I go to Seattle.

Positives: Location is good, very centeal, but lots of places closed, and sadely, a lot of homeless people in the surroundings.

Negatives: Paid comodity fee, included a really bad cofee fior breakfast and a,"wine hour" . The wine was disgusting. They did not do our bed, without warning us. They offered to change our towels, but they forgot. Expensive hotel compared to much better hotels in NYC. There was a hair in the WC, towels were like sand paper. Elevator smelled.
