Positives: Front desk staff generally very pleasant in spite of apparently being understaffed.

Negatives: Quicker check-in. Have rooms cleaned at time of check-in. Overall impression of the property is very dingy and unclean. Pay your staff better and they'll probably stay with you. Or do you like lots of turn over?

Positives: everything! beds are super comfy, unique styling, perfect location as it is walkable to everything . they also gave us a couple candy bars and a bottle of wine for our anniversary

Negatives: the only points taken off for the stay are due to the lack of housekeeping each day. it’s nice to come back to the room and have a freshly made bed. that didn’t happen for us during our stay. otherwise everything was excellent

Negatives: old and bad standard, not very service minded for a 4 star hotel if the Kimpton group very disappointing. i had no towels, the shower has no pressure, the rooms are dark and boring. they don’t make the beds or clean in between.

Negatives: decor was too dark. at check in we were told about various amenities then told they were closed for the day. the morning courtesy coffee ran out, except decaf, before we got there at 7:45 am. the room did not have a relaxing chair to lounge in, just a bed and a desk chair. the room was not sound proof - we heard people walking in room upstairs and people talking from ???
