Positives: Gorgeous hotel keeping in line with the Kimpton properties. The staff was nice, room was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel is very walkable to the local tourist attractions and restaurants which was convenient as I had a friend in town.

Negatives: I didn’t like the off site parking which was hard to find.

Positives: The customer service went above and beyond to accommodate. Very attentive and went out of their way to make sure things were right.

Negatives: The room itself was basic, a lot of unnecessary open space. A lot of the amenities and things from the actual photo weren’t in the room. The rug, the pillows, coffee machine, the nice chair. Usually we travel to stay in the rooms itself, this room just didn’t make us want to stay in it. We kept finding reasons to leave out.

Positives: Comfortable beds. Centrally located. The property had a saucy, British, 50 shades of grey vibe, local art work and the staff was very friendly. It’s centrally located near everything. Built in charging ports. Free bottle of wine on check in.

Negatives: Not a lot of comfortable lobby seating or lounge areas. Needing to insert key cards to turn on lights is always annoying, in every hotel.
