Perfect location! Able to walk to nearby attractions
The continental breakfast was a yogurt, juice box and a pastry! That was it!
Dogs everywhere. This place is a kennel, not a hotel. A dog barked in the adjacent room most of the day. I called the staff twice, no help. IÂ'll never go back
It was cool staying in downtown Seattle, a dog friendly hotel and city.
The staff, location, and the cleanliness is exceptional. It was supposed to have free breakfast but due to COVID-19 they still provided morning snacks - yogurt and juice.
My original room was facing another building. The staff changed me room to something grand. I'm appreciative of your customer service.
Staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful... Heard rats scurrying in the walls... Will never stay here for again !!!
Staff and location
It was fine until the last day when we started the process for booking the room for another night. The lack of communication set off a chain of events that resulted in the loss of our dog. I won't say more until I have spoken to a lawyer.
Close to where I needed to be.
Front desk staff all incredibly rude. Room should not have been in service. Sink cracked, hole in shower, pipe in middle of bathroom floor, seven plugs in one outlet, trash on balcony, no desk in room, legs and sides of furnishings never been cleaned
This hotel is very close to downtown and within walking distance to Pikes Place. Also lots of food options around it as well so it was easy to walk to get food and not have to worry about driving a lot and parking.
Just a little loud during weekdays with construction going on right up the street.
Location and staff. Staff was general regarding checking in time and breakfast.
The rooms are not sound-proof. You can easily hear the neighbors.
The hotel and its location was good however I had expected more given the star rating.
The morning desk staff appeared to not really know what he was doing when I came down to extend our stay another day.
Location was absolutely perfect for walking around to food and coffee.
Had to pay $40 extra for a pet that was NOT disclosed. Hot breakfast was listed and they had nothing...yet the price was the same. Half the hotel smelled very strong of pot smoke.
I had a deck to step outside to. Nice to have extra coffee in the room.
I was upset that I got charged to park a car after I paid online to book my reservation. It did not tell me I had to pay. Also I wish that instead of not having free breakfast. We should be able to get a small breakfast to your room.
Good location in the downtown Seattle area... Although checkout is at 11:00am the hotel was very accommodating and locked our luggage up after checkout so we could continue to enjoy Seattle!
Wish breakfast was offered a little later in the morning and changed the variety a little daily... but overall good.
There was dog feces on the balcony when I checked in. I could hear mice scurrying and squeaking in the walls behind my bed as I tried to sleep.
