After a long haul flight it was perfect to recover. Staff were excellent and we generally had a great stay. It’s a little out of town but we found our way around ok and the chauffeur service was excellent

We wanted a one night luxury stay. We got it! Our room with view was lovely and worth it! Hotel drove us to our excursion complimentary. They allowed us early check in. Treated like royalty! We’d love to go back!!

The reception staff were very unhelpful and could not be bothered to give correct information. Despite advertising the all stars game the reception staff rather than take the time to pick up the phone and find an answer about where the ticket office was they simply said we don’t know. Then when I asked them to please find out they said there is no ticket office at the stadium, again no phone call was made. We got a taxi there anyway and there were multiple ticket offices.

Super staff and It was...

This hotel is in a great downtown location, the staff are all very friendly and attentive, and we were given an early check in after disembarking from a cruise early in the morning. Excellent amenities, a very spacious and comfortable room, and everything we could want made for a very enjoyable stopover stay at this hotel. Would definitely choose again if we find ourselves in Seattle sometime in the future.
