There was mold in the shower and the extreme smell of mold coming from the bathroom sink. My husband almost threw up the smell of mold was so bad. Sink needs bleach!

I liked the location and the staff.
Negatives:
1- i had a problem with my credit card so i needed to call my bank in Lebanon. To my big surprise, there was no option to call international numbers from the hotel! It's not acceptable not to have international calls in this highly rated hotel!
2- the shower wasn't practical at all! It was attached to the wall and you can't remove it to use with your hand! So annoying!

After a long haul flight it was perfect to recover. Staff were excellent and we generally had a great stay. Its a little out of town but we found our way around ok and the chauffeur service was excellent
