Staff were helpful but not really knowing what is going on. Morning people saying different report than evening people about deposit for room. One says they will see room when leave one says don’t worry about it.
That’s frustrating because I want a better guarantee to know if getting my deposit back because some have kept when shouldn’t have.
Room looked clean but tried using heater and felt like had asthma attack.
Tv worked and easier to use than some other places.
Plenty of hot water. Almost too hot.
Fairly quiet for being close to airport.

Positives:
The location was very good and close to the Seatac airport. The room was also clean
Negatives:
The heating wasn’t very good. Even we set it at 77 F, it was still a little chilly inside. Also, a lot of noise coming from upper floors when a person walks
