Positives:
I booked months ago. Upon arrival at SeaTac airport at 1pm I called for the shuttle and. I was informed as in 1/1/25 the shuttle no longer runs between 12pm and 4pm. I had to call twice for pick up and finally arrived (less than 15 minutes to the hotel from SeaTac) at 4:50pm.
Upon arrival I was informed breakfast is no longer available-as of Jan 1, 2025.
Needless to say I would have booked different lodging if I had been informed the shuttle and breakfast amenities had changed/been discontinued.
Negatives:
No breakfast as offered at time of booking, no shuttle service between noon and 4pm (changed since booking)
