Lovely hotel in a great location.
Positives:
Location was great, hotel was good and welcoming. Breakfast was good but no allergies displayed on the items and few basic ailments that you would expect for intercontinental breakfast were missing (sliced bread, deli meat and cheese)
Negatives:
Cleanliness was probably the less curated aspect of the facility. Cutlery and glasses were often non spotless, both at breakfast and in the room. Some of the towels in the room were dirty and no room cleaning service came on the second day. The kids playroom was smelly and dirty (we visited it at the the of the day).

Overall a good hotel in a great location
Positives:
The location had lots of buses to easily get downtown . Breakfast was okay , rooms spacious
Negatives:
Groups of Police and firefighters being called in the room close to me and staff not alerting guests of whether there were safety risks.
