Check in - we waited behind a couple checking in with difficukty because of the computer system. Another checkin attendant was working on her computer ignoring us. Then another guest arrived snd was served by this woman working on her own, totally ignoring us ahead of her. We had had a long day, were tired, and i was using a cane. It was inexcusable.

The ac was the worst . It was soooo loud you couldnt sleep. I had to have it off to sleep but then woke up sweaty hot. The room was so small for two queens in there and was so dark in the room. For parking they give you no choice to do $100 valet

Rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel is super close to all sorts of main attractions and events. You've got pike's place market, the Seattle Art Gallery, the ferris wheel, the local hockey stadium, amazing restaurants, the waterfront, etc.
Negatives:
There is an additional "destination fee" which includes tickets to a bunch of events and some credits for food at the hotel, but it adds yet another expense to all the other miscellaneous taxes and fees, so it always ends up costing more than you expect...
