Hidden resort fee. Should have been included in the booking. Was surprised with an additional 50+ dollars charge. Did not appreciate that.

I LOVE everything about StayPineapple.. except the fact that they NEED MORE LOCATIONS! I will ALWAYS choose this Hotel chain when given the choice. I love the people, the snacks, the cooler with a free drink and free water the whole time- and BIKES!

One of the elevators was really REALLY stinky. Ew.

Rooms/linens were kept very clean, no smells (very faint bleach) no evidence of smoking etc.

Proximity to monorail took a little getting used to (not terribly noisy but would avoid rooms facing)

Staff were friendly and helpful! There are nice little perks like free bottled water, cookies, and 2 drink vouchers.

We stayed in a King-sized bedroom and the bed was awful for my back; we asked to move to two Queen beds and the staff were VERY accommodating and the beds were wonderful!

They have hospitality down. As a first time, I was impressed with the endless water and two complimentary beverages. The robes are a nice touch. Very good service!

Parking - was not well described on the website. Once we got there, we were told it is at the hotel. When we were leaving, my car scratched against the exit because it is lower to the ground and their exit was too angled for me.
