Positives:
The room was awesome got a upgrade when we stayed and the room and surroundings with a nice walk to the waterfront piers. We were not expecting that at all. Didn't try the bookstore to eat but the atmosphere looking inviting.
Negatives:
there was a issue with the shower knob it still turned on and worked but was very loose. Thought there would be a microwave in the room and there was a lock where the mini refrigerator was so we didnt know that door was able to open so we asked about and they told us how to open it.

Asked for an itemised bill at the end of the stay stay. The reception didn’t appear to understand what I was talking about and just kept smiling telling me how much I owed.
Communicated with the accounts department but no reply.
I do not like it when prices go up extortionately just because the Stones are playing.
