Positives: Location is the only advantage
Negatives: Everything else, rude staff, disgusting housekeeping! They ask you if you want to opt for housekeeping, they come skip day, literally no soap, no coffee refill, and they literally do not clean, they didn’t even vacuum toilet from hair nor cleaned toilet seat, beddings were dirty and when you complain they ignore you. I stayed days before on business with my company and the extension was at my account, I asked for cleaning as it is a new reservation, they didn’t do anything and left room as is Honestly I was shocked! I cannot express enough how bad and disgrace for a Bonvoy! When I complained to both duty managers, one acted horrified and took room number, guess what, I came back end of day it was untouched! Other one didn’t do anything nothing, absolutely nothing!!!

Positives: The beds were comfortable, location is prime spot for majority of activities in downtown Seattle.
Negatives: Lack of spots for access to drinking water, ice machine didn’t work, no microwave or refrigerator to keep things cool.

Positives: All the staff we encountered were very friendly and courteous. They were very kind during check-in and when we called room services. The location was close to several tourist sights.
Negatives: The furniture was very old and stained. The bathroom had no ventilation, so the shower curtain smelled like mold and the towel rack had tons of rust on the bottom. There was no soap in the room when we first entered, had to call to have it brought up. While we were excited to have a room facing the bay, the curtains were open when we entered so the room was baking in the evening summer sun. The AC hardly blew enough air, and the room didn’t cool down enough until late evening. Also, the ice machine on the floor we were on was being remodeled, so they had to bring us ice too. Housekeeping staff knocked on our door around 9:30am to enter even though checkout was not until 11:00. We waited around 20 minutes for an elevator but every one that came was full, so we ended up walking down 30 flights of stairs. Overall, we expected a lot more from a room that costs $630 a night and were extremely disappointed.
