The room was really nice and clean. I enjoyed the robes as well and you get a complimentary drink upon your stay.

At one point during my 4 day stay, my key randomly stopped working to get into the hotel and elevator.

Nothing really. They clean the room every other day rather than every day, but that's minor. Not many options for dinner in the area

Room and bathroom were well appointed, clean and the linens (bed & towels) were lovely.
Negatives:
Our room faced a busy street and was across from the medical center, so we heard ambulance sirens all night long. Recommend ear plugs and/or personal "white noise" machine (we used our phone).
Also, within minutes of booking the room on Booking.com, we received an email from the company stating on-site parking would be an additional $20 per night. That was a surprise and I wish it had been noted on the Booking.com site.
