Exceptional
Positives:
The hotel was clean enough. Think best Western quality.
Negatives:
1.The location of the property was loud and the room we had was next to the elevator, making it loud on 2 counts.
2.There was also a large red glowing Inn sign right outside our window, even with the drapes closed there was red glowing above onto the ceiling.
3. The beginning situation was just weird.
There wasn't a top sheet, only 2 oddly sized comforters on the on a queen sized bed.
Most hotels didn't really clean comforters often, only change sheets, so there is nothing between you are the weird poofy comforters. It was very odd.
4.The staff wasn't rude or anything, but not particularly nice either.

It was very close to the Link Train, the University of Washington, and lots of food options.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
While we didn't have a dog with us they were very pet friendly.
Negatives:
No continental breakfast was the only downside.
