Positives:
Very convenient downtown location. I skipped the $68 valet and parked next door in the 24-hr lot for just $45. W maintains an ultracool image and the public spaces are low-lit. Staff was extremely helpful at checkin and when I picked up my sushi dinner delivery. I was upgraded to a suite at checkin so had more space than typical. Bath was roomy and provided a robe. Bed was excellent especially the pillows. Lots of windows in the suite and most had blinds to keep out the lightthis was especially useful as my room faced the 24-hr parking garage with its 24-hr lights. Room service breakfast was prompt and tasty, and server was friendly. Elevators were excellent!
Negatives:
Music and noise from the bar was audible up on the 7th floor late into Saturday night. Cost of room service meant a $40 breakfast of coffee, pastries, and scrambled egg.

We didnt have a microwave even when asked. We asked twice ahead of time to get an early check in but they didnt have the room clean.
