I wanted to use my military discount and was told I could use it next time. They were not willing to work with me. Also not having utensils, toiletries, ect available. You had to purchase them.

They didnt provide any toiletries, no kitchen utensils, you had to give them towels to get new towels, the ice machine did t drop a lot of ice, had to go downstairs to get trash bags, they said they clean the room every 4 days. I asked the front desk if I could us my military discount. I was told I couldnt because I didnt book through them directly. I offered to canx my reservation and rebook. They said next time.
