Too firm beds, no microwave, no cozy chair, just a desk chair, no freezer section in frig, no ice on our floor

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The staff is amazing! Rooms r super clean and nice. Lots for the kids to do.

The hot tub has something in it that makes it bubble horribly when jets r on and we have been told by someone that works with hot tubs this is dangerous. Desk clerk advised its safe.
