Positives: Very disappointed in the way the cleaning people did there job or how often there was a front desk worker, the front desk worker really upset me cause when I finally managed to actually catch someone there to tell them that the toilet in my room hasn't been flushing properly all the lady said was she'd have housekeeping bring a plunger to my room I told her I was gonna be busy for a while but my girl was there so that would be fine I got back about 2 hours later to the toilet still clogged they never even went to my room to attempt to get it fixed so I went and found a friend of mine that had a plunger to borrow and I attempted to try plunging it myself just to end up getting super nasty poopy toilet water all over the bathroom so went to go recruit the workers and physically lead them the way to my room but instead of going with me to clean up the mess they just handed me a bunch of towels and a heavy duty garbage bag told me to use the towels to clean the poop water and just throw them in the bag and set them outside my room I mentioned to them multiple times that I'd rather not as it was not anything we did to cause the problem and someone needed to go plunge or snake the line before it's cleaned up or there's just going to be another mess to clean she went and got a sink type plunger then proceeded to keep putting it like right in front of my face until I grabbed it from her and again mentioned that this isn't my job I am here paying good money to stay in the room that should have good working facilities but that wasn't the case so I was trying to get the proper staff to fix the issue for us but they literally left it up to us no one wanted to offer us any kind of compensation or even move us to another room they only offered us towels and a plunger a flat sink type plunger at that not even a toilet plunger and at this point our room was starting to stink because there was nasty poop water all over the ground in the bathroom and we...

Positives: I asked for non smoking but was given a smoking room so that was difficult. The maid service did not come in at all. They went to front desk to get towels. Good feature was kitchenette. Saved money not eating out. They rewashed the pots and pans . Kids were were there for robotics tournament. The room did what it needed. Someplace to sleep .

Positives: Really disgusting rooms, so bad that me and my family had to leave and buy a room down the road! I didn’t even stay in the room I purchased here

Positives: Was expecting a hot meal choice not a brown bag.

Positives: Management is the best!!

Positives: The manager is the best manager I've ever dealt with. We as a family had to turn to staying after loosing our home. He has made sure we are taken care of and has worked with us on check in and out times as we navigate the worst period of our lives. Only problem I see is the customers who complain insesitnly and treat him and other staff like punching bags. He needs a raise! Thank you, for treating us with dignity... when it feels like it has been stripped from us. Kindness and respect are things that are free, and he is welcoming and darn good at his job.

Positives: Shower curtain smells sour.

Positives: Black mold in the bathroom, walls paper thin could hear every conversation, carpet old and sticky. No conditioner for hair. Window curtains did fully close. Located far from freeway south. Paid still same price as four star hotels.
