My family and I had a wonderful 2-night stay at BW Plus Spokane North hotel. The front desk worker Jazmine was very welcoming and accommodated us during our stay! Breakfast waiting staff was hospitable and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool/hot tub areas were very clean! Location of hotel was perfect with a variety of restaurants and Wal-Mart nearby! My family and I would stay here again. I would highly recommend others to book their next stay with them. :-) Thank you BW Plus Spokane North staff for making our experience great!

The continental breakfast had a nice selection of food items and it was well stocked every morning we ate there.
Negatives:
The vending machine on our floor was broken. We ended up buying water and snacks from the “sweet shop” in the lobby, but then the front desk couldn’t process debit cards for us because their card reader wasn’t working.

Our room was right down the hall from the Pool. We stayed new years eve however I didn't expect that there would be a lot of people at the pool way past midnight. There was some parents yelling to their kids for a few minutes right outside our door that woke me up, which its very unusual for me. To no fault of their own, the front desk agent was very apologetic when I mentioned it the next day. Hope future guests are mindful of other guests ;)

Was an OK hotel, was pretty clean, and people were nice.
The hotel doors don't open without a key card, even the main door. That made me feel much safer.
Negatives:
The pool and hot tub were shut down, but they didn't give any advance notice. We picked this hotel specifically because we wanted the pool and hot tub, so that was beyond upsetting!!!!!!
Also, the area was not a great part of town.
