The historic beautiful architecture was stunning, the room was pretty and had a huge shower and tub

Couldn't sleep all night, even with 4 extra pillows as they were so thin and had no support. The beds are also on a floating base that doesn't support the entire mattress so it sinks on both sides. When I called the front desk for amenriries other than room service, they refused to bring it upstairs and told us to get it from front desk. The toilet was dirty, the coffee machine hadn't been cleaned or stocked and had all the old trash from previous guests, there is bo fridge in the room which you'd expect for the price and no fan/AC/windows unit
