Check in was a breeze.
Located in downtown and close to freeway.
Restaurant in hotel is fantastic- amazing steakhouse and also seafood.
I sat in the bar and it was a total Hoot.
Our servers were very pleasant and enjoyed the gang sitting up there and having stories and laughs.
Simply a great time, especially if you don’t know anyone.

It was so close to the Convention Center. Lots of restaurants nearby. Free cookies every night! They Shutter Cafe had delicious food. We ate there all 3 mornings during our stay.

The location was perfect for the event we were attending. The reception staff was great.

The room wasn't made on the second day. The barn door into the bathroom wouldn't stay closed. Finally, I can't remember staying at a Hilton property that didn't have free coffee in the lobby.

The people were very nice. The restaurant had a very nice breakfast, and the wait staff were very friendly.
Negatives:
The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. There is an old chair in the room, but it was a brick to sit on. The shower took forever to warm up but didn't last long.
