When we fly out of Spokane this hotel is our 1st choice. Weve stayed here on 10 different occasions and like the hotel for its convenient location and free shuttle service to the airport.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on the pillows have no form to them. There was nasty hairs all over the toilet when we got there. Room was cold and heat didn't work. The price for one night was outrageous for the lack of sleep. I would have been better off going and sleeping in my car.
