The fact that Booking .com didn't send the reservation that I had paid for. They had no record of my stay. I had to pay again and was lucky to get a room. I will be contacting Booking and expect to get my money back.

VERY CLEAN place with friendly and helpful staff. Hands down the best motel I have stayed in. They had cocoa and candy canes in the evenings, games you could check out, very clean pool and hot tub (it even smelled clean and not like overpowering chlorine). Great breakfast options, nice beds, and it was really quiet. We will definitely be staying there again!!!

Arrived after midnight and doors to hotel all locked, the lone staff member was driving shuttle. Gained access to hotel when pizza delivery man call hotel resident to come for pizza and she opened door. Not good
